🎉 Join us for Tees & Tiles at County Road Social in Brighton! 🀄🍻 A Pop Up Mahjong Merch Event bought to you by a Jade & Tile Collective. Join us for a fun night of Mahjong inspired merch and tiles brought to you by a couple of our very own Flatirons Mahjong members -LeTricia & Heather who own the Jade & Tile Collective. Come out as early as 5p to grab some food and drinks and check out some merch. They will be making items on site and to order. Play will start at 6p. We will have space for 24 players, but even if you can't play, come on out for a drink and some shopping! Please note if you are playing in a scramble and list the player in your scramble, so I can be sure to seat you together! This event is free to attend, but we kindly ask that you support County Road Social by purchasing food, drinks, or both as a thank-you for hosting our group. Cancellation Policy: 🀄 Please cancel at least 24 hours before the event if you can no longer attend. 🀄 Players who cancel less than 24 hours before an event may lose priority for future events and may be moved to the waitlist if an event fills. 🀄In the event of a waitlisted event, players who regularly attend events, arrive on time, and have a history of reliable attendance may be given priority over players with repeated late cancellations. 🀄 Players who repeatedly cancel at the last minute or consistently arrive late may be contacted directly. If the pattern continues, we may ask them to refrain from signing up for future events. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. This policy is intended to address repeated patterns of behavior, not occasional unavoidable circumstances.
