American Mahjong Open Play at Chicken N Pickle

Join us for an American Mahjong Open Play at Chicken N Pickle in Thornton! 🀄🐔🥒 This event will be hosted by Ginger and tables will be assigned by Kristen the evening before the event. Please note that some tables are high top tables and that while Ginger has requested we be seated inside, there is always the chance they can move us outside. Please bring your tiles if you have them, and don’t forget your NMJL card. 🀄 This event is free to attend, but we kindly ask that you purchase food, drinks, or both as a thank-you to Chicken N Pickle for welcoming our group. We will have a dedicated server, and each guest will receive a separate check. Because we are booked as a large group, a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all checks. We can’t wait to check out this new venue with y’all! 🎉 Cancellation Policy: 🀄 Please cancel at least 24 hours before the event if you can no longer attend. 🀄 Players who cancel less than 24 hours before an event may lose priority for future events and may be moved to the waitlist if an event fills. 🀄In the event of a waitlisted event, players who regularly attend events, arrive on time, and have a history of reliable attendance may be given priority over players with repeated late cancellations. 🀄 Players who repeatedly cancel at the last minute or consistently arrive late may be contacted directly. If the pattern continues, we may ask them to refrain from signing up for future events. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. This policy is intended to address repeated patterns of behavior, not occasional unavoidable circumstances.
